Our Services

ShipRyd Energy may provide one or more of the following services:

• Battery swapping services.
• Electric vehicle charging services.
• Charging stations and related infrastructure.
• Battery and energy-related mobility services.
• Electric two-wheeler rental services.
• Vehicle leasing services.
• Transportation and logistics-related services.
• Fleet and mobility solutions.
• Other electric mobility and energy services introduced by us from time to time.

The availability of a particular service may depend on location, vehicle compatibility, battery compatibility, infrastructure availability, technical requirements and other operational conditions.

Customer Eligibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when registering for or using our services.

We may require identity, vehicle, driving licence, registration, payment or other verification information depending on the service.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access where information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete or misleading.

Battery Swapping Services

Battery swapping is available only for compatible vehicles and batteries supported by our infrastructure.

Customers must use batteries and swapping stations in accordance with our instructions.

Customers must not:

• Tamper with batteries or swapping equipment.
• Attempt unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Damage or misuse batteries or infrastructure.
• Use batteries for unauthorized purposes.
• Transfer or provide access to batteries to unauthorized persons.

Customers may be responsible for damage, loss or misuse caused by their negligence, unauthorized use or violation of applicable terms.

Charging Services

Charging services are subject to availability, technical compatibility, station capacity and applicable charges.

Charging times may vary depending on the vehicle, battery, charger, battery condition, temperature, power availability and other technical factors.

ShipRyd Energy does not guarantee a specific charging time unless expressly stated for a particular service.

Vehicle Rental and Leasing

Where electric vehicles are provided on rent or lease:

• The customer must use the vehicle responsibly.
• The vehicle must be operated only by authorized persons.
• Applicable driving licence and legal requirements must be followed.
• The vehicle must not be used for unlawful activities.
• The customer must not sell, transfer, sublease, modify or otherwise dispose of the vehicle without authorization.
• The customer is responsible for complying with applicable traffic and transportation laws.

Additional rental or leasing terms may apply to individual vehicles or plans.

Fees and Payments

Customers agree to pay the applicable fees displayed or communicated for the selected service.

Fees may include, depending on the service:

• Battery swapping charges.
• Charging charges.
• Rental charges.
• Leasing charges.
• Subscription or plan charges.
• Service charges.
• Applicable taxes and government charges.

Prices may change from time to time. The applicable price at the time of purchase or booking will generally apply unless otherwise communicated.

No Cancellation After Payment

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service or required under applicable law, once a customer has successfully made a payment for a plan, service, rental, subscription or other purchase, the payment cannot be cancelled by the customer and is non-refundable.

Customers should carefully review the selected service, plan, vehicle, duration, quantity and applicable charges before completing payment.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided only in circumstances described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy or where required under applicable law.

Where a refund is approved because of an error or failure attributable to ShipRyd Energy, the eligible amount will generally be processed within 7 days from confirmation of the refund.

Refund processing times may additionally depend on the customer's bank, payment gateway or financial institution.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may become temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, battery availability, power outages, network issues, infrastructure limitations, weather or other external conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate information.
• Use services lawfully.
• Follow safety instructions.
• Follow station and vehicle instructions.
• Protect account credentials.
• Notify us of unauthorized account activity.
• Pay applicable charges.
• Avoid misuse, tampering or damage to our infrastructure, vehicles or batteries.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Commit fraud or attempt unauthorized transactions.
• Damage or manipulate our systems, vehicles, batteries or infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our applications or systems.
• Use our services for illegal purposes.
• Provide false information.
• Interfere with another customer's use of the services.
• Reverse-engineer or unlawfully copy our software, systems or technology.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, designs, content, graphics, technology and other intellectual property associated with ShipRyd Energy remain the property of SHIPRYD LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED or the applicable rights holder.

No intellectual-property rights are transferred to customers merely through use of our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShipRyd Energy shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services where:

• The customer violates these Terms.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
• The customer misuses vehicles, batteries or infrastructure.
• Required verification cannot be completed.
• Suspension is required for safety, security or legal reasons.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, floods, war, civil disturbances, government restrictions, power failures, telecommunications failures, strikes, technical failures or other similar events.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms may be published on our website or application. Continued use of our services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SHIPRYD LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED.
